St. Thomas Cardinals 10U snagged a late lead and defeated Ilderton Athletics 11-8 on Monday July 2nd. The game was tied at four with St. Thomas Cardinals 10U batting in the top of the fifth when Luke T absolutely ripped a single down the third base line on a 0-1 count, driving in two runs. Bats blistered as St. Thomas Cardinals 10U collected 12 hits through 5 innings in the contest. 

Parker V and Nathan W were bad news for opposing pitchers on Wednesday, driving in four on two hits EACH to lead St. Thomas Cardinals 10U past London West Tincaps 21-7 on Wednesday. Parker drove in runs on a single in the second and a single in the fourth.

St. Thomas Cardinals defeated Stouffville Yankees 15-0 on Saturday on the backs of Nathan W and Cooper H as the two pitchers combined to throw a 2-hit shutout to open our tournament in Dorchester. The Cardinals came out firing on all cylinders in the first, with our first four batters taking might swings and getting on base – the Cardinals cashed 5 runs in the first inning.  Once given the lead, Nathan cruised, trusting what was sterling defense from all the players in the field. 

St. Thomas Cardinals Minor Mosquito’s nabbed the lead late in the game in a 7-3 victory over Kanata Cubs on Saturday. The game was tied at three with St. Thomas Cardinals 10U batting in the top of the fifth when Tayven B came through with a clutch single, blazing first pitch of the at bat scoring Zephyr H for what was the winning run.

Thanks to Second Inning Boost St. Thomas Cardinals 10U defeated North London 11-1 on Monday thanks to a timely six runs in a big second inning. Parker V, Zephyr H, Nathan W, Tayven B, and Chase C all moved runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning. St. Thomas Cardinals 10U started rolling at bat in the first inning, when Luke T doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.
