11U Cardinals are Finalists at London Badgers Tournament
Big congratulations to these 12 warriors for yet another great weekend of tournament baseball. These fellas were in London at the @londonbadgers Trevor Barton Memorial Tournament this past weekend. We started with a crushing 7-5 loss to our new rival @brantfordredsox 11U in a crazy awesome game on Friday. Bounced back strong with a 16-0 2 hitter vs Ajax and a 11-9 win in what was a tough game vs Ingersoll to put us through to the semi finals on Sunday AM.

We ran into an undefeated Stratford Nationals team and the boys bats, arms and gloves delivered a 12-2 victory to set up a rematch in the finals vs Brantford. It was a game that featured clutch hits, huge relays, double plays, stellar pitching (despite the score), incredible Baserunning, and in the end, Brantford emerged 13-12 in a walkoff in the bottom of 7 with 2 outs. I’ve never seen so many parents pacing.... 2 tourneys, 2 finals for these lads who played their hearts out. So thankful to be privledged enough to be their coach @stthomascardinals #stthomasproud
