STMBA Scholarships
Who is eligible?
All 18U graduating players, umpires, and/or volunteers with considerable and long-term STMBA involvement are eligible to apply. Particular consideration will be given to applicants who are positive role models, active and contributing community members, and dedicated students. Applicants must be enrolled in a post-secondary program this year, whether university, college, trade/professional school, or an apprenticeship. An applicant may only receive one scholarship.
How much are the scholarships worth and how are they to be used?
Up to two scholarships of $500 each will be awarded, to be used for tuition or other expenses associated with the recipients’ post-secondary education.
What is the application process? 2023 STMBA Scholarship Application
Applications must be received no later than August 15, 2023 All applications will be carefully reviewed by the STMBA Scholarship Committee. The Committee members will then create a shortlist of candidates and vote to determine the scholarship recipient(s); in the event of tie, the STMBA President will cast the deciding vote.
The scholarship recipient(s) will be notified via email by September 15, 2023.
