Season Opener
The major rookie Cardinals traveled to Sarnia to face the Braves in their season opener. Sarnia got off to a 5-2 lead after the first but the Cardinals held them off for the next two innings and tied the game at 6. One strong offensive inning for the Braves and a couple errors by the visitors and we were behind with a mercy.
The Cardinals are learning as a group and continue to improve every time we are together. Hopefully the weather cooperates so we can string some games together and keep on learning. Great job boys!
