Costs (St. Thomas Minor Baseball)

This year, the cost of travel baseball is your registration fee for your age level plus the travel fee for your age group. The additional fee over house league helps to offset the expenses of uniforms, equipment, umpires and facilities. There may also be a cost of approximately $100 for uniform accessories, depending on what you currently own. Individual team fees are on top of this and are dependent on what the team decides to do regarding tournaments. The travel fee is due and payable to "St. Thomas Minor Baseball" on April 15, 2018 and will be collected from your coach in advance.

Uniform Pant Fee and Pant Fitting day

Competitive players will be receiving one pair of pants as part of their travel fee.   Additional pants may be purchased for $40 at the uniform fitting day.    House league players will need to purchase pants or may pick up a used pair for $10 at registration until we run out of pants.

Helmets and Bats

Each player playing travelling baseball in St. Thomas will be asked to purchase their own helmet for use.  Helmets are available at any sports store. Adjustable helmets are not recommended for competitive baseball. All helmets are to be used in accordance with Baseball Ontario rules. Also, all bantam, midget, and junior players in house league and travel will need to purchase their own wood or wood composite baseball bats.
