2026 Rep Coach Application
This form is for coaches interested in coaching a rep team. If there are enough players of calibre to form a select team, we will open a select coach application after rep tryouts are complete.

Coach Information

Team Selection

Please note that we hope to have teams at all of these levels, but it is entirely contingent upon registration. Select coaches will not be announced until after rep tryouts have completed and we are sure we have enough players for a select team.

National Coaching Certification

Coaches who have coached rep or select will definitely have an NCCP number and coaches coming out of the House League program should also have a number if they have taken Safe Sport.

COACH CODE OF CONDUCT

PLEASE READ AND CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ THE BASEBALL ONTARIO COACH CODE OF CONDUCT FORM. PLEASE COMPLETE THE RULE OF 2 FORM AND THE SCREENING DECLARATION FORMS UNDER FORMS ON THE WEBSITE. MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE INTERVIEW.

I understand that completing a Coaching Application with the St. Thomas Minor Baseball Association does not ultimately guarantee me a coaching position. I also understand, I must attain the NCCP courses required for the coaching position by May 1 of the current coaching year or my position will be reassigned. I further acknowledge that if I am required to get a Vulnerable Sector Check, that it must be received by STMBA before and workouts/tryouts happen and that all other members of my coaching staff must have a Police Check, if required, before helping to coach.   I also understand that I need to arrange independent evaluators for tryouts, but that my decision is the final decision.
