Harvey sparks come-from-behind victory with walk-off single
Keegan Harvey's walk-off single in the bottom of the fifth gave St.
Thomas 1 (Sportswood Printing) a come-from-behind 8-7 victory over DKMB
Tuesday night at Emslie field. Harvey (centre) earned the gold bat for his timely
hit. St. Thomas entered the final declared inning (due to time restrictions) trailing 7-6. Starting pitcher Mark Snetselaar (left) earned the gold glove for a deft
snag of a line drive on the mound and Caleb Pennings (right) earned the golden
ball for a great, all-around game at the plate and behind the plate. But
really, this was a complete team victory by an enthusiastic squad that
game to play baseball.
