St Thomas Takes Doubleheader from Sarnia
The Minor Peewee's played a double header at home Sunday against the Sania Braves and won both games.
Noah Medeiros pitched four solid innings in the first game, with Connor Banks finishing for a 11-7 win in seven innings.
Sam Popen had three hits and four RBI's. Mike Vanderhyden has three RBI's.
In the second game the score was 6-5 in six innings due to time curfew.
Mike Vanderhyden, Tyler Simon and Derek Johnston shared the pitching dutuies.
Derek Johnston had two RBI's including a clutch hit in the bottom of the sixth for the win.
